For me, nature is endlessly inspiring. I often spend many hours on a painting, and this subject matter never gets old to me. I’m interested in capturing the beauty and abundance of our planet. The endless variety, and amazing color and design of plants is fascinating to me. I hope that by highlighting the beauty, it could perhaps remind the viewer of just how amazing our planet is, and inspire them to be a better steward of it.
I began making art at a young age, and studied painting at the University of Texas. I currently live and work near Fort Worth, Texas.
